Mushroom caps stuffed with mozzarella, spinach, artichokes, and topped with feta cheese and sundried peach relish. 

Garlic Prawns

Sauteed garlic prawns in a dill caper cream sauce. Served with a side of grilled focaccia.

Pan seared chicken breast topped with an Okanagan goat cheese cream sauce. Served with baby rosemary potatoes & house veg.

White wine poached wild BC Salmon. Dill caper beurre blanc.

Seafood Fettuccine

Pan seared BC wild Sockeye salmon, Salt Spring Island mussels 

and tiger prawns in a lemon caper dill cream sauce with spinach, tomatoes & shallots.
